LAW OFFICES FIRM OVERVIEW The credit union member Legal Service Plan began in 1976 after James W. Pearson, Jr. graduated from Temple University School of Law, passed the bar exam and was admitted to practice the law by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In
1982, Jim took the California bar examination and passed it the first time and
in 1983 received his license to practice law in California by the California
Supreme Court. In 1992, Jim took
and passed the New Jersey State bar examination on his first try and in 1993
received his license to practice law by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
The
firm is a general practice. Jim
Pearson’s primary area of practice is in Estate Planning, (Wills, Trusts,
etc.,) and Probate, (Decedent’s estate administration), commercial and small
business and other general legal matters. The
Member Legal Services Network offers members legal services in nearly every area
of the law including but not limited to Family Law, Personal Injury cases
including major injury and death cases due to malpractice or other causes,
Immigration, Patent, Copyright and Trademark, Corporate Formation (including
Limited Liability Company), Corporate Buy/Sell Agreements, residential and
commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, criminal defense (felony,
misdemeanor and summary) as well as motor vehicle violations (moving, parking,
etc.) including the more serious charges of driving under the influence (DUI). On March , 2003, The Law Offices of James W. Pearson, Jr. merged with and Jim Pearson became a partner in the Law Firm of Eckell Sparks Levy Auerbach Monte Rainer & Sloane, P.C.
